In order to sign up as a broker for Twistedimage.net you will need the following:

  • Federal Tax ID; You can apply for a Federal Tax ID at www.irs.gov
  • State Reseller Certificate; reseller certificates are given out through your state's Department of Revenue

After completing the Contact Us form, please fax copies of the above documents to 602.482.6906 or Upload your scanned copies using our File Upload page. No application will be reviewed until this information is received.
